On Sunday, May 3rd, Pattaya Go Club hosted a special event to welcome an amateur Go delegation from China for a friendly competition and cultural exchange between Thai and Chinese Go communities, held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The visiting delegation was led by Mr. Yang, Chairman of Beijing Master Chess & Cards Club, accompanied by two senior Go players from the “Business World Go Kings” tournament, with playing strengths ranging from Amateur 3-dan to 6-dan.
The event was also honored by the participation of Mr. Shi Jinbo, a 4-dan professional Go player and Head Coach of the Thai National Go Team, as well as Mr. Hussadin, a 5-dan amateur player, former Thailand Amateur Champion, and Principal of Happy Genius Go School, who joined the friendly matches alongside both Thai and Chinese players.
